I know my notes for this story are very short; however, I plan on going back through the story tomorrow and trying to dive deeper into the story and its meaning. I think I may even take notes on paper of the different characters, as their names all seem to blur together in my brain/thoughts!

Reading Notes Week 5 Menglong "Du Tenth"
"Du Tenth" was an interesting read and seemed to have a similar theme like "Tartuffe" and "Candide." I felt these three stories have the common theme of love, deception, and lies. At times, "Du Tenth" was sort of hard to follow for me. It seemed as though the main man character and Tenth were in love, but that at the end, Master Li didn't really want much to do with Tenth.
