This week has been a little crazy trying to juggle work and school and reading. I feel like I'm falling behind! I know every week I say I'm going to get caught up, even try to get ahead, but I'm hoping between today (Sunday) and tomorrow, I actually CAN get ahead in the reading and revising my project again.
When reading fellow classmates reading, it amazes me how great everyone writes! It also seems to help me, personally, expand my knowledge on what we've read. It gives me different perspectives as well as helps me further understand what the story is about. Sometimes, the material we're reading for the week doesn't make sense to me; other times it makes complete sense. So when I read what someone else writes, it's like it clarifies the reading.
The projects I read were also very good. I'm excited to see how they turn out! It was nice to have both Ms. H and a fellow student comment on my project and to give me feedback to work on. I'm going to try to use the same 3 editing strategies I used this week, and try to use 3 new ones, too. Here's to another productive week! (Hopefully!)
